Suppliers & commitment to carbon neutrality

For Spadel, sustainability lies at the core of our mission to provide natural mineral water and soft drinks while respecting the environment. We are committed to achieving carbon neutrality by 2050 to help preserve the planet for future generations and limit global warming to a maximum of 1.5°C.

With most of our carbon footprint originating from our supply chain (Scope 3 emissions), we recognize the crucial role our suppliers play in achieving these goals. Through collaboration, shared ambitions, and joint decarbonization plans, we aim to work together to reduce emissions, enhance sustainability, and align with evolving legislation like the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

How do we foster supplier diversity?

At Spadel, we believe that a diverse and inclusive supply chain drives innovation, strengthens communities and fosters sustainable growth. Supplier diversity is about integrating businesses owned by underrepresented groups into our sourcing strategy.

We actively seek partnerships with companies that are at least 51% owned and operated by ethnic minority groups, women, veterans, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and people with disabilities. By working together, we create a more equitable and resilient value chain for the future.
